They have very fast service. We ordered one large pho,pot stickers and salt and pepper rice plate. Pot stickers here is really good. I can say it's the best in town. Also taro smoothie is really good. We will be back for sure!

I'm from Los Angeles where has tons of Vietnamese restaurants so to be honest this is kind of mix Vietnamese food to me. I arrived Visalia around 8 pm and this is the only Vietnamese restaurant I found on yelp that open until 9 pm and take orders until 8:30. (Other restaurants closed at 8pm)
The options is not too many. We ordered pork chop with rice, fired rice and rolls. The pork chop was good but others just soso. -

This place is alright. Although they were polite about how long the wait took because they were short handed when it got busy, it was still too long of a wait. The first round of plates came 30 minutes after we ordered, and there were still 2 more plates that needed to be served. Once everyone at the table got their food, 45 minutes had passed. The smoothie I ordered was watery and the boba was chewy; also, my potstickers were greasy. All in all, not great service or food.

This place is just OK. The service was fine, and I'm actually dedicated one star to their boba because I thought it was pretty good! It wasn't too sweet which made it taste authentic, but the rest of the food was pretty bland. We didn't actually get any pho though, so maybe we shouldn't be ordering non pho food at a pho restaurant - but the spring rolls, pot stickers, and even the rice was mediocre. Cleanliness-wise the place is also just okay. There are some weird stains on the curtains which are kind of triggering me and the table is a little sticky but it's definitely not the worst I've seen. Also, the blueberry smoothie my boyfriend got was actually really good too.
In conclusion, good place for drinks, not that great a place for food.
